Founder Advice
Having worked in the corporate world for many years, I think the best thing someone could have told me at the time is that entrepreneurship is a completely different ball game. Creating your own business relies much more on skills such as tenacity, resilience, perseverance, adaptability, patience and persistence! Technical skills and knowledge are important but so much more rides on the strength of your mental game - because it is a rollercoaster (but a good one!). You also need to be open to feedback, whilst balancing this with being confident and bold.
