Founder Advice
That it’s not all meant to happen at once and that slower doesn’t mean lesser. When I first started out, especially after running a dance school for 20 years, I thought I had to carry that same pace and structure into my next chapter. But holding space for others in a deeper, more soul-led way required a different rhythm and one that honoured rest, intuition, and inner alignment. I wish someone had told me that the path of a founder especially one working with spirit and creativity is not linear. Some seasons are for planting, others for blooming, and some for stillness. And that’s not failure that’s nature. That’s wisdom.
