If I could share one piece of advice with other founders, it would be this: never hesitate to ask questions even the ones that feel stupid, obvious, or too small. Relentless curiosity is a founder’s best tool.
There’s this unspoken pressure to have all the answers, especially when you’re leading something. But the reality is, the best decisions I’ve made have come from asking the simplest questions and listening carefully to the answers. The worst ones? When I assumed I already knew.
That mindset has helped shape Dubs at every stage. From product design to sustainability, I’ve been unafraid to admit what I don’t know, lean on others, and ask better questions next time. It’s a habit I try to keep alive every day.
