Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are available only if requested before our editorial team creates and sends your tailored interview questions.
- The refund amount will be limited to the actual amount paid. If you received a discount or promotional offer, the refund will reflect only the discounted price you paid, not the full retail value of the package.
- Once we’ve sent your custom interview questions, we can no longer offer refunds due to the significant work already invested in your package.
- After your founder story has been published and distributed across our network, including social media, no refunds can be issued under any circumstances.

- We cannot guarantee specific outcomes regarding the reach or impact of your published story, as these factors depend on various external elements, including but not limited to industry trends, timing, and media dynamics.
